Compensation
Clinical Hours: Clinical hours (ie., time spent with client)
- $50-$75 per clinical hour for licensed (LMFT and LCSW)
Administrative Hours: Administrative hours (staff meetings, consults, trainings, etc.)
- $20 per administrative hour for licensed
Requirements
- Current independent licensure (LMFT or LCSW,) in the State of California
- Minimum of 15-20 clinical hours per week required with some weekend and evenings based on agreed upon schedule
- Experience working with marginalized communities (ie., LGBTQ+, trauma, substance use, co-occurring disorders)
- Have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, teens, LGBTQ+, etc.)
- Willingness to market self to grow referral base
- Patience- as getting paneled with insurance can take a while and is outside of our control
- Candidate should be driven, collaborative, and able to functioning independently
