Compensation

Licensed Therapists: Earn approximately $114,000 a year with a weekly caseload of 30 clients and admin hours

Associate Therapists: Earn approximately $71,000 a year with a weekly caseload of 30 clients and admin hours

Clinical Hours: Clinical hours (ie., time spent with client)

  • $65-$72 per clinical hour for licensed therapists (LMFT and LCSW)
  • $40-$42 per clinical hour for associate therapists (AMFT and ASW)
  • Benefits equate to an additional $15-$22 an hour

Administrative Hours: Administrative hours (staff meetings, consults, trainings, etc.)

  • $20 per administrative hour for licensed therapists
  • $16.50 per administrative hour for associate therapists

Requirements

  • Current independent licensure or registration with the BBS (LMFT,  LCSW, AMFT, or ACSW) in the State of California
  • Minimum of 15 clinical hours per week for licensed therapists
  • Minimum of 20 clinical hours per week for associate therapists
  • Have a niche or interest in building one (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, teens, LGBTQ+, etc.)
  • Patience for Licensed Therapists- as getting paneled with insurance can take a while and is outside of our control
  • Candidate should be driven, collaborative, and able to functioning independently
